Instant Yeast Production

In the production of baker's yeast, molasses and nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus, magnesium, and zinc, also used in agriculture, are used as raw materials. In the yeast factory, liquid yeast is primarily produced. The dry matter ratio of liquid yeast is 20%.

The resulting liquid yeast is sent to rotary filters, increasing the dry matter rate to 32%. It is then turned into half-kilo packages in the shaping extruder and packaged as fresh yeast.

Fresh yeast and emulsifiers are mixed, and dried in fluid bed dryers, and the yeast turned into granules in the granulating machine is packaged as instant yeast.
